Darren Sammy
Born 20 December 1983.He is
a Saint Lucian Cricketer who
Played international cricket
for the West Indies.He was
in Micoud,st Lucia till wilson
Sammy and Clara Sammy.He
is a two time T20 World Cup
Winning Captain.On Making
his One-Day internationl deb
against Bangladesh in 2004,
He became the first person
from the Iceland of St Lucia
to play international cricket.
Three years later he made his
test debut against England,
taking 7/66 which were the
best bowling figure for a West
Indies in his first test since Al
Valentine in 1950.Sammy was
Appointed to the Captain of
West Indies in October 2010.
He scored his Medan Test 100
in May 2012 during a match
aginst England.

have to win World twice.He
Captained West Indies to the
ICC 2012 World Twenty20.he

Indies to victory in the 2016
ICC World twenty20 against
England.He is Captained the
Peshawar Zalmi in the PSL
from 2017 to until,When he
Stepped down due to fitness.
He then Agreed to a two-year
head coaching Contract for
the Peshawar Zalmi,position he currently holds.
On 5 August 2016,Sammy was
informed the he was being
dropped as T20l captain of
West Indies.
For his part bringing back the
international Cricket to the
Pakistan,Sammy received the
Highest Civilian medal of the
Pakistan,Nishane Pakistan on
23 March 2020.He was also
awarded honorary Pakistani
Citizenship by the president of the Arif Alvi.
