Babar Azam was born on 15 October 1994 into a PUNJAB Family.e was born in the Walled City and recalls the Memory of playing Cricket and roaming around like a free-birds in those streets.His Cousins Kamran Akmal and Umer Akmal,who are older than him,were the reason he attract to the Cricket and their Stories and uncles instilled inspiration into him.

In May 2015,Babar was included in Pakistan ODI Squad from home series against Zimbabwe.He made his ODI debut on the third ODI On 31 May and scored an impressive 54 runs on 60 balls.He was retained the ODI Squad from the home series against England.In the first ODI of the Series in 4 Matches he scored 62 runs not out.He had scores of 4,22,51 in next three matches
